Glenn Breaks Ground in Glenn Square

(GABA) today announced a “Raise the Roof” Ground Breaking
Ceremony to commence


 


the construction of the Pavilion in the Glenn Square in downtown
Glenn.  The ceremony


 


will take place in the Glenn Square on Sunday, November 18 at
12:30 p.m.  The public


 


is welcome.


 


The Pavilion is
a collaborative effort among the Glenn Area Business Association and community members in and around Glenn who joined forces to
raise $13,000 for its construction. “On behalf
of the Glenn Area Business Association, we wish to thank everyone who contributed their time and financial support to
make our collective vision of the Pavilion possible”, stated Jean Waden, Vice President of
the Glenn Area Business Association.  The
Glenn Square is an ongoing effort with a goal to beautify the area and provide space for community members and visitors to
gather and enjoy the local heritage.


Glenn,
Michigan, located between Saugatuck and South Haven, is a lakeshore community rich in history, a strong sense of community and love
of agriculture and the arts.  Known as the
