Allegan County United Way and Volunteer Center’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance “2012 Super Saturdays”
The VITA program provides FREE Federal and State tax return
e-filing for low-moderate income individuals
and families at the following locations:
Feb 04 - Christian Neighbors/Plainwell
Feb 11 - Project Hope/Dorr
Feb 18 - Pullman Elementary School
Feb 25 - River Church/ Allegan
Mar 03 - Fennville Elementary School
Mar 10 - Douglas Elementary School
trained and certified by the IRS to help Allegan County residents with combined
incomes of $50,000 or less file
their returns and claim eligible credits including the Earned Income Tax
Credit, Home Heating Credit and Homestead Property Tax Credit.
All sites are open
from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
assisted on a first come/ first served basis.

Taxpayers should bring:
Social Security cards for self, spouse & dependants
& earning statement (s) - Forms W-2, W-2G, 1099R
& dividend statements from banks (Form 1099)
routing and account numbers for direct deposit
relevant income and expense information
paid for child care in 2011
care provider’s identifying number
tax bills for 2011
heating bills for 2011 showing name and address of service provider.
