Delilah DeWylde and the Lost Boys,
Detour Bluegrass
to perform at the 2007 Fennville
Goose Festival
The 2007 Fennville Goose Festival will feature two
professional touring musical groups this year. These
concerts will take place at the main festival stage located on
the Fennville Public Schools campus.  In case of inclement
weather the shows will take place at the Fennville High

       Delilah DeWylde and the Lost Boys “ march to the
country shuffle of a bygone era; before country was on FM
radio, before country artists had personal trainers, and most
certainly, before country sounded like rock and roll with
fiddle.” Mixing original songs with old country hits (and
unknown gems) by such artists as Hank Williams, Webb
Pierce, Ernest Tubb, and Buck Owens to name a few,
Delilah and the Lost Boys come out on stage looking and
sounding like a 45 year step back in time. Dressed to the
nines in the tradition of pre-color television country singers
and musicians, donning matching western suits and playing
the finest vintage musical instruments in the finest old school
way.’

Detour is a brand new bluegrass band hailing from  Northern
Michigan.  Detour combines original contemporary
bluegrass sounds along with great traditional  favorites.  
With tight focused harmonies, precision instrumentals, and
creative melodies, Detour takes you down a unique
bluegrass road and features the stellar banjo playing of
2001 National Banjo Champion Mike Sumner, the high
lonesome vocals and low lonesome string bass of Zak
Bunce, the soulful guitar of Scott Zylstra, the smokin’ fiddle
of Peter Knupfer and the hard driving mandolin and superb
song writing of Jeff Rose.
           Detour performs at the Fennville Goose Festival on
Sunday October 14 at 1 PM and at again at 4 PM. Learn
